The MC film actuator adopts the spring balance, the response valve locator is added to the pneumatic output signal on the actuator film, and the position of the valve core in the valve is determined according to the change of the signal.The zero setting of the actuator is determined by the compressive amount of the actuator spring, and the range is determined by the spring stiffness of the actuator.
