1. The indicator
Multi-function position indicator with NAMUR standard installation groove, easy to install various accessories, such as locators, limit switches and so on.
2. The output shaft
The high-precision one-piece gear output shaft is made of nickel-plated alloy steel and conforms to ISO5211, DIN3337 and NAMUR standard.It can be customized according to user's requirement, and has stainless steel material to choose.
3. The cylinder body
ASTM6005 extruded aluminum cylinder body according to different needs, can adopt hard oxidation, epoxy resin coating blue, PTFE coating or nickel plated for surface treatment.
4. End cover
Die-casting aluminum alloy end cover can be treated with polyester coating, metal powder coating, PTFE coating or nickel plating.
5. The piston
Double piston rack is made of cast aluminum hard oxidation or cast steel galvanizing treatment, the installation position is symmetrical, the action is quick, the service life is long, the simple reverse piston can change the direction of rotation.
6. Stroke adjustment
External two independent stroke adjustment screw can switch two directions which can adjust the convenient and accurate + 5 °.
7. High-performance spring
The combined preload spring adopts high quality material, coating treatment and prepress assembly.It has strong corrosion resistance and long service life.Can safely and simply remove the single acting actuator and meet different torque output ranges by changing the number of springs.
8. Bearing and guide plate.
Using low friction, long life composite material, avoid direct contact between metal and metal, maintenance is simpler and more convenient.
9. The seal
O - type sealing ring is used in the normal temperature with the rubber, in high temperature or low temperature with fluoro rubber or silicone rubber.
Under normal operating conditions, the recommended safety factor of the double-acting actuator is 15-20%, for example:

Safety moment =100x (1+20%) =120Nm.

In the selection process of single-acting actuator, if we can understand the torque distribution of valve during opening, operation and closing, we can choose the actuator more economically and more reasonably.
