EAT electric actuator adopts digital integrated chip, absolute encoder, on-site rotary and torsional operation, LCD display and Mechatronics structure design. It has the advantages of simple debugging, easy operation, strong protection, high reliability and stable performance. It is suitable for butterfly valves, ball valves, cock valves and throttle valves with angular stroke. It can be used for opening, closing or regulating control of valves. It can be controlled remotely or operated on site. It is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, food, textile, paper-making, pharmaceutical, waterworks and sewage treatment industries.           

The device adopts a non-intrusive design. All electrical components are sealed in the aluminum alloy shell. The device is operated by remote control or on-site twisting. The induction design of cylindrical magnet steel is adopted in the field rotary and torsional operation, which eliminates the traditional design of rotary and torsional through-shaft and makes the control of the whole electric device more precise and the protection more reliable.           

The product is used outdoors with IP67 protection grade and dII BT4 flameproof grade for flameproof product (Ex in model).           

If the product has other special functions, you will be provided with the corresponding "additional instructions".           

Mechanical characteristics:           

Shell: Aluminum alloy shell after oxidation treatment, polyester powder coating, can adapt to various harsh working conditions;           

Driving mechanism: with precise double worm gear and worm mechanism, low noise, high output torque;           

Self-locking function: Double worm gear and worm mechanism has self-locking function to prevent reversal;           

Motor: Special design of induction motor, built-in thermal protection switch, to prevent motor overheating, insulation grade F;           

External mechanical limit: prevents the limit switch from overrunning when it fails;           

Torque switch: When the valve torque is too large, it provides overload protection, one opening and one closing moment each.           

Limit switch: The valve position can be accurately positioned, and the auxiliary switch can provide dry contact signal.           

Connection terminal: spring-pressed connection terminal, strong connection, can be used in vibration environment;           

Dryer: Dryer can prevent water and gas condensation;           

Clutch mechanism: The handwheel can be operated by closing the switching handle and automatically reset when power is on.           

Handwheel: With handwheel operation, the valve can be opened or closed in case of power failure or emergency.           

Electrical characteristics:           

LCD operation unit, real-time display of threshold value, alarm information, operation status and mode, intuitive, easy to learn, easy to understand, easy to operate;           

Absolute encoder instead of traditional potentiometer is used as position sensor to realize arbitrary angle positioning, no dead zone, higher control accuracy and longer life.           

The parameters of the electric device, such as full open and close position, signal inquiry, are set by remote control or on-site rotary and torsional operation, without opening and debugging, so that the non-intrusive design can be realized.           

The control system of the electric device has the functions of automatic identification of phase sequence, phase breaking, overheating and overload protection.           

Various control modes, switching and adjusting type switching at will, remote switching quantity wiring modes, passive contact control, two-wire control and external voltage input control can be used.           

The field knob adopts non-penetrating design to improve the whole seal characteristics.           

It provides multiple field monostable relays to facilitate the monitoring of electric devices by DCS system.           

The input/output signal channels are photoelectric isolated and can withstand 2000V surge voltage.
