The explosion-proof performance of hydraulic actuator is higher than that of electric actuator because there is no common ignition phenomenon of electric equipment during operation.

The work of the hydraulic actuator needs the support of the external hydraulic system, so the hydraulic actuator should be equipped with hydraulic station and oil pipeline, which makes the one-time investment of the hydraulic actuator is larger than that of the electric actuator and pneumatic actuator, and the installation work quantity is also more. Therefore, the hydraulic actuator can only be used in larger working occasions.
